Upload Your ID

Before we can pay you for your items, or complete a 28 day buy back, we need to check two forms of ID. You can upload them securely here instead of sending copies in the post.

• Photo ID: passport or driving licence
• Proof of address issued in the last 3 months: a utility bill, council, HMRC or DWP letter, or bank statement
• A clear photo on your phone is fine. Make sure all four corners and the writing can be read.

Your documents are safe. They are sent straight to us and used only to confirm your identity for your sale or buy back. We do not share them with anyone else.
